1000 SEMI-AUTOMATIC DIE SORTING The DYMATiX 1000 is an economical semi-automatic unit that is reliable, compact and programmable. The system includes input wafer expansion, vision die alignment, optional pattern recognition and a unique dual stage plunge-up. The plunge-up system can be changed over in less than 30 seconds. The 1000 handles up to 8-inch (200mm) wafers and picks and places die into either 2-inch (50mm) or 4-inch (100mm) waffle packs, as well as GEL-PAKsTM. The unit consistently provides precise and repeatable X-Y die placement. GEL-PAKTM is a trademark of GEL-PAK LLC.
